Acting with Irving

She was acting in the same play, The Merchant of Venice, with Sir Henry Irving the night he died.

Irving’s own wiki page says he was acting as Becket: seized with syncope just after uttering Becket's dying words 'Into thy hands, O Lord, into thy hands'. Valetude (talk) 19:18, 1 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
