Congressional Record

Sisterjefferies pasted a text, citing it as "Congressional Record-Extensions of Remarks,Hon. Wm. Jennings Bryan Dorn, E 8952. October 25, 1972.". I have cleared it from the page and cited the information it includes to the relevant parts of the article. However, I couldn't find the source on the web and decided to point the added text here. Being a congressional record, it might not violate any copyright rules. Here is the text with the citing at the end: "E 8952 Congressional Record-Extensions of Remarks,Hon. Wm.
