Tax crimes
[edit]I removed the category on "tax evader." It can be re-added if someone can find a sourcing for that.
Some members of the news media use the term "tax evasion" as a substitute for "tax crime." Tax evasion is just one tax crime. Tax fraud (such as willfully filing a false return, etc., etc.) is another. Willful failure to pay tax is another. Willful failure to file a tax return is still another.
This article is about a living person who has a lot of personal problems right now. Let's not make it worse for him. And let's keep Wikipedia as accurate as possible. Famspear (talk) 01:41, 25 April 2008 (UTC)
