Gold Medal 2012

[edit]

Some dispute over Gold medal at the 2012 ICF Canoe Sprint World Championships these have been referanced to an established news agency and their offical website. — Preceding unsigned comment added by HowardGees (talkcontribs) 12:41, 22 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

World Championships are held in sprint canoeing in non olympic years only. The next world championships are due in 2013. Poznan hosted a World Cup event in 2012 - http://www.kayak2010.com/ - at which Ed McKeever won gold. Duisberg host the next World Cup event on 25/27 May 2012. The Poznan event incorporated the paracanoe world championships for paraolympic athletes. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Locko71 (talkcontribs) 19:43, 22 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
