Mayoralty updates
[edit]I updated some of the tenses, but undoubtedly issues remain. Two that stood out: a) did he leave the URA board upon becoming mayor, or before? His end year would be either 2022 or 2021 depending. b) The links to his state house biography now are his successor's biography, those should be replaced with archived ones.
