Organisation
[edit]It seems to me that the title of this article should be a subheading. That is Eccentric Training should be a subheading under Eccentric Contraction. At the moment the more general topic of eccentric contractions is presented as background to the more specific area of Training induced by eccentric contractions. Other subtopics would include DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness caused by eccentric contractions), the relationship between eccentric contaction and muscle tears, and the underlying physiology of stretch. I could write much of this, but am new to wikipedia. Suggestions?
