What is this article about?

I have removed a lot of information that has been added about people and events that are barely connected to Eberhard von Stohrer. This should be an article about him, not about events that were going on in Spain and the rest of Europe during his lifetime. The details about various people he may or may not have had any connection to (where and when they were born, their careers, where and when they died) belong in articles about those people, not here. Wikipedia:WikiProject Biography and Wikipedia:Manual of Style (biographies) are good places to start to learn about how to write a biographical article in Wikipedia.
