Rationale for Undo of Recent Edit
[edit]I reverted most recent edit by an unregistered user that changed name to "Easley High School 1909" and referred to demolition of a gymnasium.
This article is on the NRHP-listed building and reflects the name of the building as listed by the NRHP. The 1909 date was already clearly stated in the immediate text around the building name. There is also no evidence of another structure (a gymnasium) at the same site that was demolished in the early 2000s in any NRHP documents nor was there any citation given for that mention and the conclusion of its demolition in the name of "progress". Perhaps the writer was referring to another location of a present or more recent Easley High School complex. I understand that the high school complex that replaced the building mentioned in this article was recently closed and replaced by a new building. However, that would not be the subject of this article. Contributingfactor (talk) 17:50, 22 June 2009 (UTC)
