Which Mountain Range?

[edit]

What mountain range is it in? So far I have seen: The Sawtooth range, the Gunflint range, and Laurentian range Ravedave 03:52, 24 August 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Encyclopedic-ness

[edit]

My bad, I didn't mean to delete the plaque sentence, just the advisory. -- Noetic Sage 04:59, 21 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Photos

[edit]

The view in the winter picture actually isn't of Eagle Mountain. The slight slope you see on the left is the beginning of the actual hill. The centered one is commonly mistaken for it in photographs.--Greyduk 08:33, 5 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

fixed whale lake/eagle mtn reference Chris.et 01:05, 6 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Chris-- I think it would make sense to delete this photograph from this article. Otherwise people would see it and think they are looking at the mountain. Kablammo 01:11, 6 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
It's not a worthless photo though, consider adding it to the Whale Lake page! --Greyduk 01:33, 6 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Done. See if you like it. Kablammo 01:54, 6 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Think I might upload a few more and make a gallery, looks odd having just two, and almost the same exact POV. This really makes me wish I had walked farther around the south side of the lake to get a good picture of the mountain though, as we have no profile pictures of it.--Greyduk 02:00, 6 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I guess you just have to go back! Welcome to you, and I hope you can add more images and text to the articles on northeast Minnesota wilderness subjects. Kablammo 02:08, 6 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Added two more pictures to Eagle Mountain and three to Whale Lake.
