advert maintenance tag dropped
[edit]I deleted the {advert} maintenance tag.
Advertising seeks to sway decisions. Descriptions of ERAM improvements may have been part of advertising to the governmental agencies choosing between competing systems; but that context is past; it's not the context here. Those choices are now part of public policy DEFINING normative operations. Now, descriptions of improvements do not seek to persuade or sway decisions; they EXPLAIN the rationales for decisions already made.
That was true when the {advert} tag was added. I'll leave it to readers to infer the reasons for the tagging. LoneStarNot (talk) 14:38, 6 June 2022 (UTC)
