ITC is not an agricultural company. It is a diversified company producing several commodities, the most popular of which is cigarettes.

- This is seriously mis-informed. To start off, e-Choupal is not a company at all - it is at best an organization, and not for profit in any case. The company behind the effort is a tobacco giant but no study of e-Choupal that i have read has had anythign remotely negative to say about this. Please check your sources.
