Asking for help,

My father went to the gewog for asking the loan but gewog (cc) sir said loan is closed. He gives 50000 to my father and he took lagthram from my father,then he said he will give back that lagthram after 3 months and we all agreed that and he let my father to sign the paper,my father trusted him and signed without knowing anything about the paper cause my father can't read, write and hear well.CC sir took that lagthram to his brother and take out the loan with the sum of 17 Lakhs,we were not aware of things like that and then after three months we ask our lagthram back to sell the land cause I was in huge loss while running meat shop cause of accident and my wife's operation in stomach but then he said our lagthram cannot be taken out from bank before 5 years than we were shocked and started arguing with CC, then he told us "i will keep that land,take this 50000 and rest I will give you later" he said it but his later is not ending and now it has been 1 year, every due I have to pay has given me lots of pressure and still giving. Some people have took me to the court,some put's me in legal office and m still so young aged,born in 2005 and have to attend ghaylsung training from date 1 but am called by court at the same day at sarpang, Hope sir/dasho or anybody will read it and help me la. This due I really want to clear it up cause maybe they also suffering like me and I don't want to run out from creating huge loss for other.I really was going well with business but this car accident created very huge loss and my wife broke her left arm,my brother had to go through surgeries but I can't help them with well medication cause CC didn't give me money as I requested and he is still lying to us la,I hope this message will helped me la.
