Why is he short?

[edit]

Is there a specific medical cause for his short stature? Axl ¤ [Talk] 23:29, 2 June 2011 (UTC) He suffers from Achondroplasia, a form of dwarfism. He is NOT A MIDGET! — Preceding unsigned comment added by Ckbruinfan (talkcontribs) 15:50, 31 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

"Midget" ?

[edit]

In the introduction section, the word "midget" was added in last november by an IP, since it seems to be an offensive word, I'd suppose it's a kind of vandalism that should be reverted, but I'm not a native english speaker so I'm not sure... and in doubt, i prefer to not change the page myself... --Fredb24 (talk) 16:44, 14 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I agree that the term seems offensive and the article itself says is a pejorative word, so I have removed it. I don't think a reference to his dwarfism is needed in that sentence anyway but if people disagree a better word can be added back in, dwarf I think is the politically correct term. Stop saying he is the anon GM

[edit]

I have added a reference from a recent OFFICIAL article on WWE.com which clearly is not presenting him as the anon GM, only considering him a possibility. Assuming he was the GM all along is wrong, and not supported by evidence. The big Santino reveal was obviously a joke.

The familiar “da ding” of the Anonymous Raw General Manager certainly didn’t inspire confidence in a fair shake for the WWE Universe when Daniel Bryan’s tenure running Raw came to an end last week. The sinister laptop wasted no time in stirring up trouble when he (she? Hornswoggle?) took over the reins of the red brand.

This excerpt is evidence that Dylan is not absolutely considered the anon GM by WWE. That he is still called "Anonymous" is further evidence of that.

I have amended the article to reflect this, he should only be referred to as an implicated suspect, not a verified role. --184.145.17.158 (talk) 14:24, 3 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]

I created an Anon GM article after you linked several articles to it when it was just a redlink. As for this, I think that we're looking too far into things, I think that these new articles are referring to the current reigning general manager... there's no indication that this Anon GM is the same as the last one. Until we get solid confirmation I will make the language more neutral.LM2000 (talk) 16:57, 3 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]
My edits make it clear that he was unveiled as the Anon GM. WWE can retcon all they want, it doesn't change the fact that we all saw Hornswoggle named as the GM... they even list it as a career highlight on his bio. They can always go back and say that he really wasn't the GM, and if they do we have to reflect that, but we can't pretend it never happened. Nevertheless, the current phrasing doesn't suggest he controlled the show all that time, just that he was exposed as the GM in 2012. We can make further adjustments when solid sources come out.LM2000 (talk) 17:05, 3 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]
