"Dutchman" as archaic term for speaker of a Continental West Germanic language

Does it make sense to include a reference to "Dutchman" as an antiquated term for someone who speaks German or Dutch or someone who hails from Germany or the Netherlands? It's still in use in America, Pennsylvania Dutch is a dialect of German not Dutch. 78.16.37.165 (talk) 12:08, 19 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
