Patronym

Based on usual Irish grammar, I think the patronym should be 'mac Connmhaigh'. See e.g. Four Masters, M867.9. Marcas.oduinn (talk) 10:47, 5 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

The ancestor of Uí Fiachrach is Fiachrae mac Echach Mugmedóin, older half brother is Niall of the Nine Hostages. Niall's son Fiachu is ancestor of Cenél Fiachach (no 'r') based in Meath. Marcas.oduinn (talk) 10:56, 5 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
