Does this meet Wikipedia Notability criteria

Mukerji's achievement may be impressive, but this article about the his book lacks any reliable independent sources but makes some grand claims. The one reference in the article is broken, but it seems it linked to a news article by the publisher of the book. Article needs to quote some independent reliable sources.
