Changes to bullet points under indication
[edit]I made corrections to the two bullet points as they had subtle inaccuracies. Typically an intensivist is not the attending physician, and conflating the two causes confusion. Second, there are many other areas in a hospital that are critical care other than an ICU. Some examples would be the Post Anesthesia Care Unit, a Shock Trauma unit, and a Burn Unit.
