Hay-on-Wye
[edit]Not sure the link to Hay-on-Wye is appropriate. Not because Hay isn't full of secondhand bookshops, but Drif made it clear he hated Hay. (See the 1991 edition of drif's guide, pages 196-200, perhaps summed up by the introduction "I used to be in favour of burning bks, but now I have seen the error of my ways and have moved on to being in favour of burning bksps.") Unbalanced Court Coverage
[edit]The references for the court case are unbalanced: there are two newspaper articles covering the prosecution case but his acquittal is linked to a subscription-only website. As he was found not guilty, I suppose there must also have been a defence, which prevailed. NRPanikker (talk) 21:11, 9 April 2019 (UTC)
- Thanks for the message. Thinking it through, I agree. I've trimmed down the details of the accusations in the article, but kept in all the sources. Blythwood (talk) 22:39, 18 August 2022 (UTC)
