Patent draughtsman

Not in any relevant WP article or source that I can find, but in British English a 'draughtsman' can also be someone who writes (draughts) a patent specification. Narky Blert (talk) 09:28, 9 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]

That makes sense of the mention in Dann v. Johnston. However, it is clear from Lewis Howard Latimer that a "patent draftsman" can also refer to a person doing technical drawings rather than verbal descriptions.
