"Venture capitalists" vs "Angel investors"
I think the use of "venture capitalists" to describe the dragons is inaccurate — they seem to invest in amounts that are typically angel-investor sizes ($50k -> $250k) as opposed to typical VC sizes which are $1m+. I don't have information on the actual structure of the investments and the vehicle for those investments but they are likely not institutional investments within a typical VC structure. So they should be called "Angel investors". —Preceding unsigned comment added by 114.165.3.66 (talk) 09:11, 18 November 2010 (UTC)
An angel investor is defined by he or she who invests his/her own money into a business. A venture capitalist is usually a business entity in the form a money fund which invests for its investors, therefore I would agree with the poster above that "Angel Investor" would be a more accurate term. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 145.118.108.132 (talk) 22:08, 20 March 2012 (UTC)
