Removal of a citation to a paper published in Beall-list journal

I have read through several sources, most of which were lists of TLC stains, and the composition of parts A & B that I added to the page is by far the most common, almost universal. They tend to even have the same total quantities, and the ones that use tartaric acid use the exact same ratios but substitute 10mL of acetic acid with 10g of tartaric acid. The combined reagent varies widely though. The main difference is whether they mix the entire volume of the two solutions or use equal volumes of each, which is a difference in KI quantity of a factor of ~2! Maybe a misinterpretation of the recipe happened at some point and was repeated through the literature? The results are probably not different enough to cause problems though since there are several variations of both. The one I described in the article is quite common so I think it is worth adding for anybody who wants to make some.
