Whether sec. 101 mandates single patenting
[edit]It is not a disputed issue whether 35 USC sec. 101 requires that only one patent (a patent) be issued on one invention. Many US decisions say so. I invite you to cite US cases that hold otherwise. This is the standard basis for a double patenting rejection in US law. PraeceptorIP (talk) 18:50, 22 June 2009 (UTC)
