"How It Works" seems irrelevant to this page
[edit]The content listed in the "How It Works" section would better belong in a "Pumping Plant" page (or similar). Information about the general concept and workings of pumping plants doesn't seem to belong on a page about a specific pumping plant. pmc (talk) 21:27, 1 March 2023 (UTC)
