The book 'Muzzled' by Michael A Smerconish (ISBN 159555050x Parameter error in {{ISBN}}: invalid character) has an article on the origins of DorMaid. Harvard, where it started, gave them multiple problems. Lots42 (talk) 17:58, 7 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
