Not really a ghost town by definition any more.

The former site of the historic ghost town of Dorchester centered around the old white meeting house church has been completely engulfed by Occupied residential developments and encroachments. it is no longer technically a ghost town as not much of the actual colonial town is left save the church and the graveyard site. It's literally surrounded by lived-in developments on all sides which sit on all other parts of the former town. Therefore the land ascribed to the ghost town has many current living residents. Further more the church and graveyard site itself has been declared a historic site, and is now Maintained and serves as a small park allowing visitors. because the entire site is maintained by or occupied by living people it no longer can be classified as a ghost town.
