split twitter to seperate article

[edit]

Due to the substantial size of the twitter section, would it be worth splitting it into its own article? Elizzaflanagan221 (talk) 10:49, 17 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Seconded; handle this according to WP:Summary style; spin off Use of Twitter/X by Donald Trump - Altenmann >talk 18:05, 31 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Semi-protected edit request on 16 August 2024 use tweet ref-name not abuse dummy ref

[edit]
|ref = {{dummy reference|2}}
+
|ref-name = TweetrealDonaldTrump_2
|ref = {{dummy reference|3}}
+
|ref-name = TweetrealDonaldTrump_3
|ref = {{dummy reference|4}}
+
|ref-name = TweetrealDonaldTrump_4
|ref = {{dummy reference|5}}
+
|ref-name = TweetrealDonaldTrump_5

This actually shows the clickable ref with the URL and is the proper way to avoid cite errors with multiple tweets. 142.113.140.146 (talk) 11:52, 16 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Twitter followers?

[edit]

In the lede, it says he had 88.9 million followers when he was banned from Twitter, but later in the body it says 88.7 million. Both statements are cited, but which is correct? - Adolphus79 (talk) 00:43, 5 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
