[edit]Will somebody find out the copyright of the image? (Added by Andy Rooney)
- I'll see if I can find the image on Google. Wish me luck. Hersfold 03:12, 12 January 2007 (UTC)
- Acck, Google can't seem to find it. Where did you find that image? I did find another one, head shot only unfortunately. I think we can post it up under fair use until we can get a better rationale for the current one (for reference, Image:Mcsween.jpg) Article has come a long way since this afternoon. :) (Hersfold again)
- Image up, but I'm not sure if we'll be allowed to keep it. The image page has a very nasty large red box that says it might get taken down if there's a chance a free license image can be found (although I'm not sure where we're going to get one) Hersfold 03:30, 12 January 2007 (UTC)
- Thank's for all of your help, Herfold. Sorry, I didn't reply sooner. To answer your question on where I found the image: Amerks News ReleaseStill, I think the image you picked is not too bad either. I possibly could get an image of McSween from the man himself and scan it on--I know one of his sons. But you tell me... Thank's again!

If you could do that, that would probably be best. The site you got your image from has a "All rights reserved" marker on the bottom of their page, which probably means the image is fully copyrighted and practically unusable for Wikipedia. I suppose it would be possible to try to contact the site and ask for permission to use it, but that would be way too much hassle and most likely still wouldn't be under one of the free licenses Wikipedia prefers. If you can get an image, try to get McSween to release it into the public domain. That'll be the best license we can get for this. Hersfold 00:11, 13 January 2007 (UTC)
Okay, that sounds like a plan--I'll talk to McSween, but it might take him (and me) a while to find and post a picture. Do you have any idea on good wikipeida articles to add links to, so this article could get more traffic? Your expertise would be greatly appreciated. Over and out. --Andy Rooney 00:28, 13 January 2007 (UTC)
I can poke around. Let's see..... Hersfold 00:40, 13 January 2007 (UTC)
I was wondering if there was a way to delete the junk info above McSweens image. Anybody can help do so who knows how...Hersfold, that probably means you since nobody else seems to be too involved in editing this article.--Andy Rooney 04:52, 13 January 2007 (UTC)
