Prison location
[edit]According to the NT Government website, Don Dale remains open in the sense of the name, however if you look at the address listed on that site, it refers to the Berrimah Prison site. Right now we're implying the children were moved to a different prison, when it seems to be the prison site itself has moved. (Berrimah Prison is now officially called 'Don Dale'). Not sure what the easiest way to fix this is other than a radical overhaul of the articles, but a suggestion would be for the Berrimah prison to state it is 'closed', and then include a section in here about the site move. But the goal is not to invoke confusion to readers vis-a-vis the old jail (believing the site where the incident occurred is still open) Anyone agree/have suggestions? - I've been bold and done the changes. May need touchups. Problems? Revert. Cheers Matthew Thompson talk to me! 17:46, 27 July 2016 (UTC)
- I've expanded it a bit too and I think it reads accurately now. I think it's a bit soon to call the facility closed as of yesterday, so changed that wording also. Tenniscourtisland (talk) 01:27, 29 July 2016 (UTC)
