Unable to find sources for this info

Date of birth = July 23, 1935. I can only find a source that he was born in 1935.
Born in Twin Falls, Idaho
Parents were Duane Aslett (1909-1983) and Opal Nora Ross (1915-2004) - the only thing I could find is this primary record buried in Shoshone Cemetery, Lincoln County Idaho, which does not tie Don to his parents
he was the second of five children (one sister, three brothers).
His father was involved in building many of the roads in Southern Idaho
attended Idaho State College (now Idaho State University) from 1954
with a 2-year hiatus to serve a church mission...
