"The Dierenbescherming, the Dutch equilevant of the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, has trialed Endemol (who broadcasted the event) and Duke Faunabeheer for their actions against the domino sparrow."
This seems to be an improper use of the word trial in English. Is this perhaps a translation artifact? Should this read instead "...Cruelty to Animals, has sued Endemol..."? -- 12.106.111.1023:14, 20 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Shouldn't your pedantic attempts at correction be spelled accurately and respect the generally-accepted rules of English grammar?
I don't see any evidence of it here. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 89.207.160.254 (talk) 15:58, 14 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
