Why does this article ignore the fact that Archbishop James Lin Bingliang 林秉良（1990-2001) received papal approval in 1998 and Archbishop Joseph Gan Junqiu 甘俊邱 was consecrated on Dec 4, 2007 after receiving papal approval? 58.62.131.135 (talk) 13:49, 1 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]
