Contra controversy

[edit]

I've again removed the Contra controversy section because it's not relevant to this article. Paul might have been on the board of the company at the time of the controversy, but at issue are the actions of the company, not the direct actions of Paul himself. The issue is relevant to the company itself, and is adequately covered at the [[Costa Coffeee] article. It doesn't need to be replicated here. -- Mikeblas (talk) 20:15, 20 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Edit Request

[edit]

My name is Will Hill, and I work as part of the communications team at Domino’s Pizza Group in the UK. We respect Wikipedia's vibrant community and the rules that make the community work. As a result, I realise that I have an obvious conflict of interest when it comes to Dominic Paul’s entry, so I am posting my request here for some assistance from the community in updating the entry.

I believe the accuracy of the entry could be improved by including Dominic Paul’s new role as the CEO of Domino’s Pizza Group. Here are two citations supporting the statement:

  1. https://www.cityam.com/dominos-pizza-hires-former-costa-boss-as-new-chief-executive/.html
  2. https://www.reuters.com/article/uk-dominos-piza-grp-ceo-idUKKBN21I0P2.html

Would it be possible to introduce this update in his entry? I have drafted a suggested change below for you to consider.

“Dominic Paul is a British businessman, who is the CEO of Domino's Pizza Group (DPG). He was appointed in May 2020.

Dominic was previously the CEO of Costa Coffee from June 2016 to December 2019.”

Given the article has not received recent attention from editors, I’m reaching out to :@Edwardx: and :@Mikeblas: to see if they might be able to take a look at the suggestions given their previous edits on the entry.

Thank you for considering my request.
