Dr. Budgie's Appearance

Guys, good riddance to Budgie, he sure got arrested in Dogtown episode, I think this is what he gets for coming back for another year after Lisa the Veterinarian, I remember he came back in Pork and Burns & Dogtown from 2017 at some point. Though, I certainly hope that he doesn't come back sometime in 2018, don't you?
