D.P.A. programs are most common in US & Philippines?

The sentence claiming that DPA programs are most common in the US and the Philippines should be supported by a cited source. Otherwise, the assertion raises questions about how "most common" is defined and how this fact has been established. Mym66n (talk) 17:00, 15 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
