Bbattenucsd (talk) 06:37, 6 December 2018 (UTC)Bennett Doesn’t the world bank fund infrastructure and the IMF give loans to correct balance of payments and stabilize currency rates? If this is the IMF it is a unique loan from the IMF, I would note that in the article.
You mention all this foreign investment coming in but don't mention any policy reforms that Rgranadi took to attract this investment.
You also mention how Granadi started taking loans from Chinese banks. If there is any different benefits from one to the other that could be something to point out as well.
