Notability
[edit]- Division Street may have little significance, but it is important when it comes to the Lower East Side. The Second Avenue El use to run above Division Street between Allen Street and Bowery. The Manhattan Railway Corporation's former headquarters are located at Division Street. The Chinatown commuter buses terminated at/near Division Street and the Chinatown greenmarket used to be at Division Street. Therefore with so many relics of history buried in this street, I believe it is best not to delete the article, but to keep it and let other people add to the article.HManat32 (talk) 20:43, 27 December 2007 (UTC)
