I've always been a fan of Robyn, but have never considered her track Show Me Love to be classified as Diva House. It is listed in the Examples list. I've always considered it simply as Pop. Does anyone else share my perspective on this? Perhaps my understanding of Diva House in general is not accurate. I suppose I'm of the mindset that it should be removed from the examples list. I want to weigh in in this expired argument but I don't know how heavily the term Diva House is used in the outside world, I might be convinced if somebody told me this was a club format, but it needs to be acknowledged that this is not a genre. The artists all used are a hodgepodge of already defined different styles like Funky House, Garage House and especially Italo-House. The only thing in common are the usage of female vocalists. I also want to see more sources please.--F-22 RaptörAces High♠22:51, 24 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Is the term Diva House really that widely used as compared to Handbag House? If not the article should probably be renamed. Artw (talk) 23:10, 22 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Prior to coming to this page, I had never known that the genre was alternatively labeled as 'Handbag' house. I had termed it Diva House in my own mind before knowing that that was the firm classification label for this genre. With that said, my vote is to keep the page title as is, and retain the existing reference to the alternate label of Handbag House as is. I've never come across a person refer to this genre, or any other genre of music, as Handbag House. Immaculance (talk) 23:46, 5 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
