What is truley the best way to run a distribution centre?
[edit]Different products need different processes of management. However, very rarely do two distribution centres run the same processes even if they are distributing the same product. Do people draw on experience, or go by the book. What do you do? Many aspects to take into consideration, who is more swtiched on!
