Needs updating

First, most was written before circa 2008, so a bunch of future tense needs to be past tense. Second, it needs to cover ATSC v3 which explicitly supports "DTS", but I'm ignorant of how, which is the reason I read this article. I could change tense blindly, but that would merely paper over how dated the article is. Mulp (talk) 21:47, 1 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]
