Our current plan for expanding this article is to add three sections: genetic factors, environmental factors, and developments in biotechnology. Within the first two sections, we will be adding subheadings such as incomplete penetrance, specific genes, hemoglobinopathies, and hormones to the genetic factors section, and antimicrobial resistance, pollution, wastewater treatment, horizontal gene transfer, climate change, and air pollution to the environmental factors section. We will cite our resources in the appropriate section, and link to other related articles in the See Also section. In addition, we will also include two images in this article from Wikipedia Commons.Vincentmangohh (talk) 03:13, 20 November 2024 (UTC)
