Stub
[edit]I think this stub should be deleted, or at the least it's name should be changed to indicate that the entry is not about "discretionary spending" but is instead about an aspect of the United States budget.— Preceding unsigned comment added by 67.71.49.4 (talk • contribs) 01:53, 9 February 2007
- It applies outside of the US as well...you're welcome to expand.Smallman12q (talk) 00:47, 5 October 2011 (UTC)
- It also applies to non-governmental spending; really what's ideally needed imo is a disambiguation page with two links: 1) to the general economic concept and 2) to the specific concept in US Govt finance. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 81.108.180.242 (talk) 16:35, 4 April 2013 (UTC)
- I agree completely, there should be a page(s) about personal and other non-governmental non-required spending. E.g. for personal spending this would be restaurants etc. Hoping someone can pick this up... --A bit iffy (talk) 16:23, 3 August 2024 (UTC)
