[edit]Feedback 12/13: All a suggestion and just my personal impressions
Overall: Well written and organized where I felt like I was able to learn a lot about the basics of lupus, and follow links for details about more topics. Readability was smooth except for one part in the diagnosis section as mentioned below. #2 & #3 cited extensively but both seem like great reliable resources. Specific thoughts included below.
Presentation: A lot of good info but at times feels jumbled. I would consider moving bottom paragraph to the first one that describes general presentation. If there are significantly differing presentations based on location maybe separate based on that. At present one paragraph mentions scalp and lip.
Causes: Consider elaborating on the fact that the exact cause of DLE is unkown and possiblly an autoimmune phenomenon in the causes section. This could be open to interpretation as it is mentioned in the mechanism section so the two are closesly related. My thoughts are it could possibly be... Causes - unknown but theory is *** Mechanism - explanation for how *** causes DLE symptoms
Diagnosis: The third paragraph is difficult to read, likely secondary to the medical terms and depth of material. Summing up the overall pathology findings in a sentence or two may be helpful.
Treatment: Concise with all the treatment options. Maybe consider a bulleted list or other formatting for the several drugs approved for lupus. +/- a brief comment where needed. — Preceding unsigned comment added by ToureVashon (talk • contribs) 05:29, 14 December 2018 (UTC)
