This article is about the ethical duties of directors
[edit]Is this article actually about the ethical duties of directors? If it is, I do not see how these would vary by jurisdiction. Surely ethics transcends national rules and represents something higher than national laws? Would it be better to say that the article is about (or even that it "lists") the statutory or other legal duties of directors? BobKilcoyne (talk) 17:29, 24 August 2023 (UTC)
