[edit]I rewrote the article with a more objective perspective so I'd like the "Advertisement" detail removed.
- It shouldn't have been there in the first place. Diphenhydramine is a regulated pharmaceutical with marketing approval from dozens of countries; it is therefore officially and legally deemed "safe and effective". It's likely that the person placing the tag simply doesn't know anything about medications and so thought that was a meaningless marketing buzzword rather than a verifiably accurate statement.
