Move
[edit]User:DJ Bungi made an undiscussed, unreferenced move, contrary to Wikipedia:Naming conventions. I have reverted it. Gene Nygaard (talk) 16:23, 6 January 2008 (UTC)
- Not only that, but DJ Bungi entirely expunged the spelling used by his own team in its roster listing, bio and stats, Dino Djulbic, from every appearance in the article itself. And then improperly missorted it by changing the category sort keys, incorrect for even the name to which he moved it. Gene Nygaard (talk) 16:34, 6 January 2008 (UTC)
- The Serbian Romanization is Dino Đulbić, but seems he is Australian citizen already. Matthew_hk tc 13:38, 11 March 2008 (UTC)
Requested move 29 September 2016
[edit]- The following is a closed discussion of a requested move. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made in a new section on the talk page. Editors desiring to contest the closing decision should consider a move review. No further edits should be made to this section.
The result of the move request was: Moved — Amakuru (talk) 17:59, 5 October 2016 (UTC)
Dino Đulbić → Dino Djulbic – per WP:COMMONNAME, this person is almost exclusively known as Dino Djulbic in reliable sources. Hack (talk) 02:57, 29 September 2016 (UTC)
- Comment the BLP immigrated to Australia via Germany at the age of 16 years so no objection to this. When someone changes nationality changing the orthography of their name can happen. In ictu oculi (talk) 05:59, 29 September 2016 (UTC)
- Support. The subject is known primarily for activities in Australia where his name is spelt "Dino Djulbic". — AjaxSmack 22:41, 30 September 2016 (UTC)
