Discography
[edit]Unfortunately the article doesn't comply with what is normally expected for a discography article, in that it includes lists of awards, TV shows, jingles etc. A discography should essentially be limited to a list of official recorded music releases (such as albums, EPs, singles, soundtracks) not a list of where music written by the artist has appeared. I am intending to re-write the article removing signficant superflous information. To those edits who have been heavily involved in the creation/expansion of the article over the years and I wish to work with you rather than against you in respect to those edits. - I completely support this, Dan. There is way too much extraneous material on this page and most of it is unreferenced to boot. I suppose a separate page could be made for his scores for film and television, although again, the information is very poorly documented or completely undocumented, and there's no way of knowing whether these shows just used one of his songs or whether he had simply played on the sound track at some point rather than composing it. None of the film and TV work belongs in a discography, including alleged soundtracks unless they have been officially released separately from the original work. Note also that in some of albums in which he appears, it's solely as a musician not the composer, e.g. Rhyme Skool with Katrina Kaif. Voceditenore (talk) 10:59, 3 June 2015 (UTC)
