Some digital billboards glitch out, like the advertising program crashing. I've saw that happen on the Heartland Credit Union digital screen exterior https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-1-d&q=heartland%20credit%20union&sxsrf=ACYBGNRmHrQ8HERWJBPtnorkoM9LgFvmPg:1572104268471&npsic=0&rflfq=1&rlha=0&rllag=37872807,-97400282,16864&tbm=lcl&rldimm=3090457546673047619&ved=2ahUKEwjg6OLjoLrlAhURM6wKHfDFD7UQvS4wAHoECAoQFg&rldoc=1&tbs=lrf:!2m1!1e3!3sIAE,lf:1,lf_ui:3&rlst=f#rlfi=hd:;si:3090457546673047619;mv:[[37.752599,-97.460141],[37.728128399999996,-97.46351779999999]];tbs:lrf:!2m1!1e3!3sIAE,lf:1,lf_ui:3 (ignore firefox compatibility) when I was riding the bus to school. It said an error message that the program stopped due to something and a gray screen surrounding it. I haven't saw a BSOD on that screen. Post made by ChutacoackoPlayz(aka SuperFlag). :)
