Is this a valid article, or a bogus commercial entry?

How is it justified?

This is a valid article because it is entirely expository and Digital Fuel is a company that is advancing the space and working with some of the world's leading service providers - nearly all of whom themselves have Wikipedia entries. The information in this article is impartial and factually verifiable from numerous third party sources.
