[edit]The image File:Digital Angel Logo.gif is used in this article under a claim of fair use, but it does not have an adequate explanation for why it meets the requirements for such images when used here. Updates needed, and corresponding tag
[edit]Where to start? I've made some few changes, in a single edit, to reflect the company's more recent status. I haven't mentioned it in the article, but the current stock price is 11.5 cents per share. This link to Yahoo Finance should provide some context. A list of subsidiaries as of March 2011 given as part of SEC filings names "Daploma" as a "f/k/a" (formerly known as) of "Destron Fearing". Also, Destron Fearing was sold to "Allflex USA" in July, 2011, according to a 25 July 2011 Digital Angel press release. The firm has a new CEO as of February 2012: "Daniel E. Penni was appointed Interim Chief Executive Officer of Digital Angel on February 1, 2012," according to Digital Angel's current "corporate governance" page. My strong impression, which would need additional research, is that the company, Digital Angel, may have exited the "animal" ( ie animal implant/tagging ) market, altogether. I don't have time right now to research this further, nor to make these and other needed changes to the article at present. The "out-of-date" tag shouldn't be removed until the article is given a thorough overahaul to reflect the company's current situation and business area(s). – OhioStandard (talk) 14:00, 28 March 2012 (UTC)
Nothing here, for Verichips?
[edit]If Verichips were made by this lot, where's the section on it,
or at-least a misinformation dismissal of a false-accusation, if-not.
NEITHER's suspicious. 120.21.158.0 (talk) 13:18, 29 September 2022 (UTC)
