Digger or Diggeress?
[edit]I remember her being called "Digger" until about the time of the second wave of feminism, 1970-1980. I strongly doubt she was called "Diggeress" from birth, because the word was unknown and would have sounded strange back then. So far as I know she did not change her gender. I don't think it is misgendering or deadnaming her to note her birth-name. -- Hugh7 (talk) 09:05, 15 February 2024 (UTC)
